By purchasing a license or using Demon Dumper ("Tool"), you ("Customer") agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. Responsible Use

Demon Dumper is designed for authorized security testing and penetration testing only. Using this Tool against targets without prior written consent is illegal. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring they have proper authorization before scanning or extracting data from any system. We assume no liability for any misuse or damage caused by this Tool.

3. Account Termination

Abusive, fraudulent, or suspicious activity may result in immediate termination of your license and account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion without prior notice.

4. License Sharing

Customers are strictly prohibited from sharing their license credentials, access keys, or Tool access with any third party. Violation will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms, pricing, features, and the Tool at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

6. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Tool. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, server issues, or technical difficulties beyond our control. No compensation will be provided for service interruptions.

7. Violation Consequences

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate account termination and permanent ban from the platform.

8. No Refunds

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason. Once payment is completed, it will not be returned.

9. Plan Expiration

When your plan expires, you retain access to your account but lose access to active Tool features. Data associated with expired accounts may be removed after 30 days.

10. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining a properly functioning machine with adequate hardware and a reliable internet connection. We cannot be held liable for performance issues related to the Customer's setup.
